Information we collect

When you submit an application, Flo Financial collects the information you enter, including your name, phone number, city and state, Instagram handle, and your response to the independent-contractor acknowledgment. We also collect campaign parameters and the page address used to submit the form so we can understand how applicants find us.

How we use it

We use application information only to review your interest, contact you about the opportunity, understand recruiting source performance, and maintain business records related to the recruiting process.

Where it is stored

Application records are stored in a private Google Sheet controlled by Flo Financial. A notification containing the submitted details is also sent to the Flo Financial recruiting inbox. We do not sell applicant information.

Retention and access

We retain application information only as long as reasonably necessary for recruiting, follow-up, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. Access is limited to people supporting Flo Financial recruiting and operations.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your application information, subject to any recordkeeping obligation that requires us to retain it.
